DANA BEAL MUST BE REPLACED as Cures Not Wars organizer!
While most of the cities participating in the Worldwide
Marijuana March every May have great events, the New York City
event has deteriorated badly in recent years. This is due solely
to the incompetence of DANA BEAL, the nasty alcoholic that has
alienated almost everyone involved with the event through his
surly, hostile conduct.
This involves more than just his drunkenness and verbal abuse.
Beal is VIOLENT, though in the way of the coward that never
attacks anyone capable of defending himself. Most recently he
whacked another organizer with a broomstick! Due to obesity and
health problems, this person could not fight back. Beal has
assaulted others in the past as well.
If Beal were not beyond redemption he would detoxify, do the
Ibogaine treatment he advocates for other addicts, and get
psychiatric treatment. But he is unreachable - even when sober,
he is incapable of a coherent conversation on any subject other
than those of his obsessions. And even then he is rude, nasty,
disrespectful and dictatorial - except with those he knows would
never stand for it.
BEAL MUST GO!
