SANTA CRUZ -- For those who arrest people who use, abuse or sell
drugs, Sunday's pot-smoking festival at UC Santa Cruz was "a moral
slap in the face to the cause," said Rich Westphal, task force
commander with the Santa Cruz County Narcotics Enforcement Team.

"a moral slap in the face to the cause"? There's nothing "moral" about
the War On Drugs enriching criminals while puni****ng people for acts
that (at worst) harm only themselves ... and a "cause" like that
richly deserves a slap in the face. If anyone runs into little Dickie
Westphal, be sure to laugh in his crybaby face.
