Hello.
Jarrow makes a CDP Choline (CITICOLINE) that contains 250mg per
tablet.
NSI makes one with 250mg of CDP Choline and 150 Choline.
My Q is, if using for acetylcholine-related smart drugs such as
'racetams, is there a need for the plain choline NSI included?
Since choline can cause stiff neck and back, I don't want to take what
I don't need...
