One of your options is the purchase these drugs on the international
market and perhaps get multiple months at a time. The lead time is
usually 7-30 days depending the pharmacy. Item's 1,2 and 3 I'm aware of
locations sell them AND have tried them. Items number 3 were a wash
because they were hard to get the hell off off, although there is a
s*****nin reuptake promoter that has potential with fewer side effects -
but my choice would be take L-tryptophan which you can get in the USA
easily, an options I used to get off of Paxil over time.
I'm interested in this discussion however because natural options is
information I would like to have readily available or know where to look
(favorite places set up). I've done this in the past but haven't
collected that knowledge in one spot.
I'm with you completely however on not wanting to be in a position where
I'm practically "begging" the doctor for a script. I already have
problems with my sleeping meds where I want to alternate nightly between
Ambien and Xanax. I would prefer to alternate between Ambien, Xanax,
and Lunesta and perhaps another drug like xanax so that I take something
different each of 4 nights before starting again. The lunesta is
available internationally in a different form and generic so I'm
thinking of getting some to alternate as desired. I have no addictive
issues with Xanax since it has absolutely no noticeable effective
durning the day and only assists with sleep when I'm tired.
Now that I think about it, check out the new book "Spark". There is
strong evidence that running 5 days a week or otherwise doing something
very physical eliminates the need for most people to take any of these
drugs and increases IQ test scores by about 15 points. Running is
something I thought I would never do but I'm going to take it up. I
think this would make for a good discussion on this "smart drug" list as
well.
