Thanks for your suggestions. I will definitely check out Theanine and
Alpha-GPC. Tyrosine didn't seem to have much effect for me, however
eating cheese does. Strange.
To take the edge of stimulants I use Propranolol or Magnesium
sometimes. I'll give Taurine a try.
I have used Deprenyl too. I'm not sure what to think of it. It
certainly has an effect, but not really the desired effect. It
metabolizes to L-methamphetamine, which is the "wrong" isomer for ADD.
However, the MAO effect seems a helpful against (mild) depression.
