I have ADHD too. Theanine is great. Alpha-GPC is great. Tyrosine is
probably the most directly helpful supplement, but can be too
stimulating if you take too much. You can add some b6 and sugar to
help Tyrosine get to your brain and convert to norepinephrine. I like
Taurine too, it can supposidly modulate dopamine and might help take
the edge off of stimulants. I usually take some vinpocetine, CoQ10
(both can increase dopamine, but it's probably negligible), and
Glutamine too.
You might want to look in to deprenyl, but I found it too stimulating
even at an extremely low dose. I might try a ridiculously low dose
some day.
I keep meaning to try Centrophenoxine.
