Lee Crost, BrainMeta, and LifeMirage Deceiving Nootropic Community

by synapse <neuromania@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 1, 2008 at 06:36 AM

It is my very distinct impression that Lee Crost works on behalf of
Unique Nutrition, lies about his affiliation and compensation from the
company, and holds brainmeta.com forums hostage for his own benefit.
He has been going under the name of "LifeMirage" and in my opinion
cannot be trusted as a reliable source for nootropic information or in
business matters whatsoever. Its doubtful whether he even has an MD.
He has been banned from ImmInst forums due to his gross
misrepresentation of himself. See
http://www.imminst.org/forum/index.php?act=ST&f=169&s=&t=10397

I have chosen not to be affiliated with Unique Nutrition (or whatever
name they are going by these days) due to their shady business
practices and ongoing deception of the nootropic community.

While I am personally on a friendly basis with Shawn Mikula (the
original creator of brainmeta.com) and have brought the matter to his
attention, he has apparently chosen not to ban LifeMirage and Lee
Crost quite yet. And I am not exactly sure quite why (except the fact
that he has had a hands off approach to the forum as of late). At
this point in time, I can only recommend ImmInst Forums for nootropic
information outside our own fora here.
