per cent of the spending on illegal drugs is cannabis"
As to break down, Four Billion Nine Hundred Million ($4,900,000,000)
is spent in Australia on cannabis each year being equal to 245,000
kilos or 245,000,000 If a permit was issued to 49,000 Grower's to
grow 5000 Grams per year, (30-40 Plants per acre block) and 49,000
packers to pack same in gram deals and 98,000 retailers to sell 5000
Grams per year,

This summary is not constructed to sup****t cannabis consumption, only
to bring to light the amount of vast amount of money that could by
saved, if the Government gave deep consideration to today's society
needs and demands, We understand that Australia has not done it's own
research it to Cannabis, I assume that you are aware that their has
never been a lethal overdoes of cannabis recorded in humans world
wide.
Considering our aging population, and people with disabilities on
welfare payment it would be within reason to suggest the possibility
of such system working in Australia. If we take pensions and welfare
payments overall at around $250 per week, $13,000 per year. the (as
aforesaid) 196,000 welfare recipients would save the Government
$2,548,000,000 year either way it looks a feasible system.
Over the Last week it was widely re****t that the police raid a number
of Homes in Nsw growing hydroponics Cannabis using many 1000 watt
Lights, Yes! producing very large amounts of Co2, Not to mention the
increased health risk when using chemical enhanced hydroponics
cannabis
It is now time the aging population of this Country considered what is
good and what is bad, and sup****ted today's society needs and demands,
as most aged pensioners have never used Cannabis, and prefer the good
old grog, being the main cause of violence death and destruction in
the home and the wider community,
Next time elderly citizen the ring up their local Neighborhood Watch
or Crime stoppers, to give their Neighbor up of growing a few plants,
Herbs, I hope they have done some research in to effects of cannabis
first, F....... give up's
