with all things considered:
Oxymorphone via injection
with nicomorphine and morphine tied for second and piritramide and 
metopon rounding out the top 5
ketobemidone, dextromoramide, hydromorphone, thebacon, and hydrocodone 
finish the top 10

this list excludes H because of uncertainty about the equianalgaesic 
equivalent of what I have had when I have done it so far (granulated 
Asian No. 3 heroin and homebake made from morphine sulphate or 
hydrochloride)
