Depends on what best is, but oxymorphone has the best pick me up,
piritramide is the best results from the dose a doctor would give in
the hospital, and morphine imparts the greatest deal of happiness all
around, even if oxymorphone, smack, hydromorphone, and nicomorphine
kick-start it better.
Yet if I were to choose my all time highest experience, it was actually
an early experience with dihydrocodeine on top of ketobemidone and
antihistamines. Tolerance is a *****.
