Check out this web page. They claim that their 200 Watt lights
are as good as or better than a 600 Watt HPS.

I am not sure what kind of lights these are, but if they
on the up and up, they have good light penetration.
The lamps are a little expensive though, the lamps
are the same price as the ballasts.
