I don't use the paper towel method, I drop the seed in the hole and
fix it if it grows wrong.
You should use tweezers and be very careful.
Clear the hole out a little with a toothpick to allow you to get the
tap-root better in the hole.
I'm not sure what you are refering too when you say "cell". I'm
assuming you mean the tray insert the rapid rooter goes into?
You want to push it down far enough to get to the nutrient solution
that you mixed up for your seedlings. The inserts that come with the
rapid rooter "trays" (not the bags), are the better inserts to use.
I've not seen anything out there that is better than the 50
count/insert that goes into the tray..
