Algae Eaters & Hydroponics

by "Eco" <eco@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 26, 2005 at 02:50 PM

Everyone keeps harping on about how you have to make
your reservoir light proof, to prevent the growth of aglae.

However, how about Algae Eaters?

These are tropical fish, which only eat algae. I know there
are aquaponic growers, but how about just letting
these little fish loose in your reservoir, and letting
them eat the algae?
I'll bet they'll even provide manure for your plants?
