Win a Pound or Not!

by "zharris428" <zharris428@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 4, 2005 at 01:55 PM

www.win-the-war.com is promoting a petition drive to regulate cannabis like

alcohol. The purpose is to devastate the black market thereby destroying
the easy access to hard drugs, reduce crime, better protect kids, save and

tax billions and, of course, promote liberty.

Numerous attorneys have weighed in to establish a process for intrastate
commerce. The recent Supreme Court decision was able to allow continued
involvement by the federal government because current state statutes don't

limit cannabis use to that only grown and distributed within the state.

Because the feds can't tell the difference, it is critical to develop a
process where growers are certified and products are labeled just as
alcohol
and tobacco is. Our initiative does that and we are rolling it out
currently in Michigan where recent medical marijuana initiatives were
passed
by over 70%. If we are successful this year, we plan to roll this
proposal
in other reform-minded states.

We are well on the way, by collecting 58,000 signatures so far out of the
312,000 required to put it on the ballot. You can help us out by
purchasing
a raffle ticket or two to win a pound of pot. If the campaign is
unsuccessful, we'll substitute the prize with a trip for two to lovely
Amsterdam!

 We have several streaming videos
for
your amusement.

Good will to all! Z. Harris
