Hmm this is a real poser. I suppose lots of people who choose to do drugs
have IQ's less than ten but then again lots of people could get hooked
from
reasons totally unrelated to knowledge about drugs and their dangers.
Possibly due to an injury they start out on meds from the doctor and
advance
to worse things due to exposure. Some may start using due to their
environment and the clique of people they associate with. Some start when
too young to know better. Some may start despite the dangers just to be
defiant. Some start with legal substances and then switch to illegal
substances.
Perhaps others here can enlighten John Smith resident "bright guy" as to
how
and why they started doing dem bad drugs even with their IQ of ten or
above?
However I would be inclined to believe that those endowed with a surplus
of
brains are more likely candidates then those without. "The unexamined life
is not worth living." According to Socrates and with that in mind,
examining
life is painful. Only ignorance is bliss and being endowed with such a
substantial amount of ignorance Mr. John Smith, you may find it quite easy
to remain drug free however perhaps not depending upon who decides to
divulge their stories here.
