As well it's been my experience that blogging is a great way of
tracking your whole drug
history..recovery or whatever it is you're currently doing..while
giving others a
chance to learn what that lifestyle can be like. It's really helped me
to go back over things..get all that inside 'stuff' out daily..weekly
or bi-weekly.. and the feedback offered by those reading your blog
sometimes gives great perspective.
Be warned..blogging can be very addictive! Albeit not as expensive as
some ;O)
It's really easy to set-up and you can blog under an anonymous
name..your own..whatever.
