Honey keeps indefinitely so no reason why not, and I understand it's a
traditional method. Probably better to dry your shrooms first but
unless you weigh them first, figuring out your dosages would be near
impossible when they're drenched in honey (and you better have a sweet
tooth). I think there are better ways to store.
