Injecting Morphine Sulfate Extended Release

Little orange pill with 60 imprint on one side and M on the other. How do I
prepare this for injection? I don't have a wheel filter and probably can't
get one  - is there anyway to heat and filter through cotton to separate
the
wax from the morphine? Am I better off just chewing and swallowing?

I also have some apparently fast release morphine - small white pill with
markings 54 262. Same question as above.
