Yes I've noticed it when chewing MS-Contin, brewing 
Contugesic/Codidol/Didor into *****in' tea or shooting ketobemidone 
into my arse cheek with a No. 22 needle on a 3 cc rig.

The second is sure a lot better than the *****in cherry coke made with 
NyQuil which was a favourite potentiator during my early codeine & 
hydrocodone days.
