Has anyone ever used solvents to get the oxymorphone out for shooting,
making into a powder to snort or parachute or whatever?
Maybe even just cold water and a centrifuge? I have so far had this
in compounded capsules or ampoules for SC like insulin in
Europe and when I had them, I just crammed the suppositories up there
six at a time with some Valium foam.

Surprisingly enough, I think in the US the manufacturer has
reformulated the suppositories by increasing the dose to 5 mg, and done
so within the last decade. I think they
still sell the 3 along with the 5 in Canada.

One place or another I have heard of 6 mg and perhaps 8 mg
suppositories as well outside of the US, also the hydrochloride salt.
Its chemical little brother, oxycodone pectinate, comes as
suppositories which are available in some European and Pacific Rim
countries, trade name Proladone Suppositories.

It's coming in the US hopefully, Endo is working on what looks like a
mirror of their M and oxycodone offerings, with Stage III FDA
trials for five or six strengths of extended-release and at least one
plain tablet analagous to the 30 mg MS tablet.

BTW, another drug being tested in the US is an analogue of Chronogesic,
a German 7-day sufentanil patch:

In the US, it appears that Levo-Dromoran brand and a 2 mg generic is
still available

I am dissolving a 2 mg tablet from a 2001 Rx under my tongue right now,
in fact.

Up to 7 hours from swallowing a tablet or dissolving it under the
tongue as I recall, all by itself (not extended-release &c.) I see
that the suggested IM/SC/IV dose is the same as oral, 2 mg. I think
the 1 mg tablet may still be available in Canada and in Europe amongst
other places, but why they need them when the 2s are scored I always
wondered...
