Hi my dear, quality of the methadone can differ from country to
country, depending what part of the world you live in. Inside EU use
to be standard racemic mix that consists of two different methadone
parts, Dextro and Levo. They are two isotopes of methadone. Just the
Levo part have well known euphoria and paint killing effect, morphine
like and is 4 times stronger, while Dextro part has blocking and
economic effect mainly. Together they are blocking your receptors in
brain on a cheapest way. Once upon a time, in 80es, to the middle of
90es we all had just the Levo meth and since number of addicts was
higher they come on a solution, to mix those two parts together, it
should be less costly. So it is depending how factories mix those two
parts. It use to be 50/50 mixture that they calls methadone
hydrochloride only. In some countries pro****tion is still 100 percent
active Levo methadone, or less, even 80/20, 70/30 and so on. But
remember that just Levo part is active part and has those effects you
are out after. If you wish, ask Doc or pharmacy, they should know. And
a thing you should think too: question is how your body metabolizes
both those parts separately too, most of hospitals use to do exactly
bloodtests for it.
This is a short explaining of the problem, I self have methadone in 30
years and in my country I get just 60 mg of pure Levo meth that is
similar to 120 mg of D/L methadone that probably you get.
