I use the terms to mean the physical feeling associated with a drug -
in particular, the less pleasant aspects of it - ranging from nausea
(e.g. HBWR, or even foxy to an extent) to a heavy feeling in the belly
(I get that quite strongly with 2c-e), to a very slight discomfort
(which I tend to get with mushrooms, but which isn't enough to detract
from the experience).
