get those line lengths under control......
cannabis is a herb that you smoke. salvia is a herb that you smoke.
here, the similarity ends. seriously, this is not a cannabis
substitute. why do people think that? are all burning leaves / flowers
the same? why to people talk about amanita muscaria as a psylocybin
substitute? Chemistry is more than appearances.
salvia is a very very potent psychedelic. frankly it scares the ****
out of me.
is it deadly? No. The dangerous bit is when you have to burn the
material, and then you enter a state in which your firefighting skills
are somewhat diminished.
it's a really good idea to have someone there with you - someone you
trust, someone who will take care of your physical security (i.e.
where did he put that hot pipe?), but otherwise leave you alone.
the mental aspects..... I was so scared by my first full on salvia
experience that I haven't repeated it. I will one day. When I'm
feeling brave. But no lasting damage. I think like with a lot of these
things, the danger isn't so much to do with the substance doing things
to your body, but that your body, with the substance, is not very good
at noticing fires, and is very good at falling down.
