I am certainly no foreigner to acquiring heroin on the streets of Los
Angeles, it was long ago that I made the mistake of wandering to the now
dry Per****ng Square and surrounding areas for hours without finding a fix.
I have, in my experiences, learned that nearly the only location to find
chiva in Downtown LA is San Julian (and Seventh St., centrally). This,
however, does not sit well with me.
I am too used to the acquisition of heroin being very simplistic. I am
originally from a town where the Mexicans will literally bring it to my
doorstep, my place of work, or whatever street I may be on in less that 10
minutes. Their balloons are large, the prices right, and the availability
is infinite. Street dealers do not exist.
So thus, I must wonder, is there any system as such available in Los
Angeles? Scoring on the streets is as tedious as it is dangerous and,
quite frankly, I purchase enough on a daily basis that I generally must
locate more than one dealer. From who do the dealers on the street get
their supply? Is there anyone in Los Angeles that has a more reliable
supply?
