Can I just be sure I've got this right - you are claiming that the
sysadmin (they only have one?) at hushmail, a company which claims to
provide privacy and security, gives out confidential information to
his friends?
If this is true, then we'd all better stop using hushmail. Of course,
your information might not be worth much anyway - while there are some
problems with it, TOR is still a pretty good way of using a website
anonymously.
If it's not true, then you might want to consider booking some time
with a lawyer, as I doubt they'd appreciate being libelled in this way
(and yes, as a customer of theirs, I will be contacting them and
asking them their opinion of your post.

Your job at the NOC must be a pretty low level one then.

"For real"? "Legit"? If I found you digging through my trash, going
through the drawers in my desk, or trying to crack into my computer, I
wouldn't think much of you.
I also wouldn't trust someone who used their job or their contacts to
invade someone else's privacy and obtain confidential information
which that person clearly doesn't want known.
I have access to a lot of confidential information (I tend to work for
large financial institutions), but I wouldn't dream of revealing any
of that information to anyone. If you lack that basical level of
integrity and honesty, how do you expect anyone to trust you?
Oh, and why the **** do you think that AFIS or NCIC would go to so
much effort to nail someone trying to score a few pills?
