It's really something that is improved around other people, but if you
want to do it alone, that's fine. If you have a fireplace, I really
enjoy that, music is very good to have going. Have lots of water.
Watch out for blood pressure drops, when you have to go to the
bathroom (and you will), take it easy when you stand up and make sure
you go slow.
