Answer: because they are not in the U.S. They are scammers who want
gullible 
people who read UseNET newsgroups who think buying drugs is as easy as 
reading a post and sending money.  People who are that gullible are easy
to 
scam by making such stupid posts as the "Baha Men" here have posted.  They

are scammers, pure and simple.
