Has anyone tried Ambien CR? My husband has a subscription (he works
nights) and he sorta made me take one last night. I haven't slept
well in about a week, so it was probably a good idea, but I absolutely
hate taking sleeping pills.
Apparently, Ambien is not so much a sleeping pill as a 'hypnotic'. I
had the weirdest experience last night. I remember some of it, but
it's like remembering a dream. Some things I completely do not
remember, and some things that happened I know there's no way I would
have done/said what I did had I not been under the influence. Nothing
bad, but like being in a dream, things are a little disconnected, it's
ok to be a little weird.
I imagined that there were a bunch of people in the room, and they
were putting some kind of fabric/leaves over me. And there was a
person, but it was also my husband, that did that pretend surgery
thing where they reach into a person's body while actually holding
chicken guts or whatever and they pretend to take out the cancer or
whatever. Then the other people left, and it was just me and my
husband/doctor, and we were making love but he was also taking
something out of me. And then I went a little hazy for a while
because I don't remember what happened, but he was cutting me (which
is not unusual for us and we do in a very safe way) and kissing me
with my blood on his tongue and I was asking "Did you get it out? Is
it gone?" And I imagined it was jealousy that he was taking out.
So today I'm awake, feeling fine, just a little astonished at what
happened last night. I hope they don't make this stuff illegal. :)
