Let me be a bit clearer, because you might be misunderstanding what I
am trying to say.
there IS evidence, strong, vast evidence, that DXM causes long-term
but ultimately tem****ary impairment. There is SOME evidence, non-
anecdotal and arrived at through clinical means, that there may be
permanant mental impairment for high-dosage, frequent and long-term
users.
So if you are claiming that there is cause to worry, I agree
wholeheartedly. Absolutely. DXM causes impairm ent, probably
tem****arhy but maybe permanent.
There is, however, NO reliable evidence, anecdotal or not, that that
damage is caused bh, or is causing, Olney's Lesions.
NAN , as far as science can tell, is not the culprit.
