Street dealers who give a fair deal don't last too long around
where I live. The reason I think is because they're not
paying huge bribes to the cops and therefor get busted 
sooner or later. 

It's been my experience that the most asshole-ish dealers
last the longest, but even they will burn out after a few years.

Then there are the lifers.  They eat, breathe and live 
the street.  They know everybody and everybody knows
them.  They never carry it, can only get it.  They
always make you wait and they always bring back
too small a piece.  They last forever.
