Its funny, I've been slowly pulling apart the frequency of smoking from
every other day to once a month and it has taken me seven years to do.
What
I have found is its best to do a nice large amount than to try to get a
little taste everyday; I don't want to stay hungry. Still, I realized
recently how im****tant it is because since late September I've been
smoking
$100 each Friday and Saturday. So I said **** it, last weekend I did $200
and I'm off for a month; its what needed to happen because I felt it creep
up again.
