When where you last there? On my last visit the national news was
celebrating the opening of about one new school every three days, free
internet service with a local made low cost laptop of Japanese design per
classroom or more being made for all the 2,500 new schools under
construction.
Chavez has traded his oil for Spanish speaking Doctors traveling the
country, providing immunizations that 150 years of colonialization denied
the indigenous, massive hydroelectric generation being build at the falls
along with new highways. I believe that Venezuela is in their 5th or 6th
years of double-digit growth and the money is getting to the little
people.
I'd like to see the source of your claims for they are quite different
then my observations. Please share.
