I'm new to the Wa****ngton DC metro area and unfortunately I don't know
anyone around here who uses, so I was hoping someone could give me a
general idea of where to go to get some quality H. I don't need
specific names or anything like that, I just want a general area of
town, preferably one that isn't so dangerous that I'll end up getting
shot. Also, I heard that all that you can buy in DC is scramble, is
that true? If someone helps me out I'll be very grateful and buy you a
bag for your trouble if you like.
